This opt-out does not apply to information provided to the Company when purchasing a product, registering a warranty or completing other transactions.
Your rights with regard to your information
You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of any personal information that you have provided to us. To exercise these rights, send an email to support@beag.ly. Please note, we cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. If we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect, we may refuse to accommodate a request to change information.
If you are a California resident when you provide information to us
California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 permits users of our Application that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Data Transfers from EU to US
We comply with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use and retention of Personal Data (as defined below) from European Union member countries, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Children under the age of 13
Our Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any information through or on the Application. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on this Application. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.
